How we compare

Honest, sourced, and dated

Every comparison page on this site is built from publicly available vendor information — pricing pages, product documentation, and official help articles — verified against the source within the last 30 days. We never extrapolate, and we never quote dollar figures that the vendor itself does not publish.

What we look at

  • Pricing model and transparency. Is the price published? Is it flat per company or scaled per employee? Are AI and usage features metered as add-ons?
  • AI feature scope. Is AI video interviewing in the core plan or sold separately? Are screening signals built in or third-party?
  • ATS completeness. Pipeline management, job publishing, sourcing, CRM, sequences, reporting — are they all included, or does each require an additional license?
  • Setup motion. Self-serve signup vs. mandatory sales call. Days to first hire on the platform.
  • Integration story. Calendar, video conferencing, HRIS, and job boards — supported in-platform vs. via paid marketplace.

What we don't do

  • — We don't quote third-party dollar figures. If a vendor lists pricing as "contact sales," we mark it as such.
  • — We don't compare against deprecated products or SKUs we can't verify.
  • — We don't extrapolate. If a feature exists but is implemented via marketplace partner, we mark it as such.
  • — We don't disparage. Every vendor in this index does something well; the goal is to help you choose the best fit for your team.

Correction policy

Every comparison page lists the date the vendor information was last verified. Vendor pricing and feature scopes change. If you spot an error, let us know — we update typically within one business day. We re-verify every page on the last business day of each month regardless.
